Let it snow!

Who cares if you're almost 30! Who says you can't be a kid just because you're a working adult with responsibilities and a reputation to uphold! When it snows like it did this past Christmas in Vancouver, when your front yard and backyard is knee high deep in a thick blanket of snow, when night and day the snow just keeps on sprinkling and sprinkling and sprinkling, you can't help but want to jump around the snow like five year old kids!

We had been snowed in for days before we finally ventured out. Our car was useless in the snow because it's not a four wheel drive and would be impossible to get it onto the main road. So one day we finally decided to go out, not only had it been snowing all night so the snow was fresh on the ground, but the sun was out and the air was crisp. It was just perfect. So we put on our boots and our coats and ventured out and we made snow angels, made mini snowmen and had a snowball fight in our front yard. The snow was powdery and thick, deliciously silky and soft and we pranced around like we were kids (yes, I said kids, not retards, but someone passing by may have easily mistaken us for the other).

So despite the fact that the snow prevented us from leaving the house (I know what you're thinking, why are you people so afraid of the snow, it's because we're not equipped for it so it restricts us from going about our everyday things), despite the fact that we had to shovel the front of the house, shovel it again and then shovel it again, I say let it snow! Let it snow! Let it snow!
